This unique boat experience offers a sparkling clean room with all the amenities you need. The location is fantastic, just a 15-minute walk to the free ferry service that connects you to the city center. The quiet and residential area ensures a peaceful stay. Additionally, the terrace is a great feature, perfect for relaxing. The host is respectful and check-in/check-out is a breeze.
There could be a potential issue with space constraints in the downstairs bedroom, particularly in relation to the shower. A curtain or separate shower area would be beneficial.

Unique experience staying on a boat with a lovely terrace. Peaceful location away from the city noise. Free parking in a quiet residential area. Easy access to the city center via the free ferry. Host, Henri, provides coffee, tea, and Ramen noodles. Check-in process is simple and uncomplicated. Henri made us feel like the boat belonged to us alone. Friendly and welcoming host. Possibility to rent bikes and explore Amsterdam and the countryside
Felt really good, no complaints whatsoever

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location, connected to the city center by a free-of-charge ferry, made it easy for us to explore the city. We also loved that it was easy to find by taxi and close to the center. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. A special mention goes to Henri, our host, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.
Couldn't stay longer.

The room at Amsterdam Boat Studio was absolutely cozy and charming, making me feel right at home. I loved the fact that it had a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. It was perfect for enjoying hot beverages and preparing quick snacks. Plus, the bathroom had a hairdryer which was a convenient touch. As a laid-back traveler, I truly appreciated these homely amenities.
If I had to choose one thing, I would say that I liked the room a bit less because it only had a microwave. Not having a stovetop limited my cooking options.

The bed was so comfortable, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The terrace was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and pretending I was in a fancy yacht club. And the owner left me some nice surprises, like a couple of beers. So thoughtful!
Oh, what a shame they didn't have a TV! How was I supposed to keep up with the thrilling Dutch news?

The twin/double room at Amsterdam Boat Studio was a total blast! It had all the essentials I needed, like a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, making it so convenient for late-night snacks and morning java. Plus, the bathroom even had a hairdryer, saving me space in my luggage. It was like having a cozy little home away from home!
The only tiny downside was that the room only had a microwave and not a stove. But hey, if you're not much of a chef like me, it won't bother you at all!

I recently stayed at the Boat Studio in Amsterdam for a short weekend getaway. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet residential area near NDSM Werf. I loved how easy it was to reach the city center using the free ferry, which only took about 20 minutes. The maisonette apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped, with a lovely terrace and a comfortable bed. The host, Henri, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel like the boat was our own. I highly recommend this peaceful and convenient place to stay.
Can recommend this place.

Cycling in the area was a blast! Pedaling through Amsterdam was like being in a real-life Tour de France, minus the grueling climbs. The hotel's close proximity to the Dutch National Opera & Ballet and the Basilica of St Nicholas gave me the feeling of being a cultural connoisseur without the need for a private jet.
Limited fridge space.

The Boat Studio in Amsterdam was an absolute delight. The cozy and comfortable space provided the perfect retreat after a day exploring the city. The private terrace allowed us to enjoy breakfast and relax with a glass of wine in the evenings. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location in Amsterdam Noord was quiet and peaceful, offering a break from the hustle and bustle of the city center.
